I serve as the Director of Operations & Product Development or Nanny Jack & Co, LLC. Over the course of my career, I've worn many hats: For almost 20 years, I was the President of Human Development Institute and Human Development Services, which provided employment training for disadvantaged populations. I was the pastor of Unity Church (Baltimore); owner of Elizabeth's Flowers; manager and staff trainer at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company; and the Special Assistant to the Superintendent of Baltimore City Public School; and was a teacher.
I graduated from Western Senior High School, Baltimore, MD and I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Coppin State University (then known as Coppin State College) and a Master's degree in Curriculum Development from Loyola University Maryland (then known as Loyola College Maryland). I then did my post graduate studies at Temple University and University of Massachusetts.

I am the Digital Media Strategist and Staff Writer for Nanny Jack & Co., LLC. In 2016, I graduated of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, the nation's first historically Black college, with a B.A. in Mass Communications.
During my time at Lincoln, I interned with Nanny Jack & Co. in spring 2015 under an NEH Global Heritage and Legacy grant. The following spring, I interned for the company again, under a Title III grant, known as "Treasure to Treasure: From Old West Baltimore to Lincoln University" and was a panelist that presented at the 2016 ASALH conference.

I joined the company full time in August 2016. I am also the Producer and Editor of the Artifactual Journey podcast on Anchor, Google Play, and iTunes (anchor.fm/artifactual-journey)
