In 1925, Jones published a rare book of poetry, "Gold and Incense." Some of the poems were, "Ma Lady", "Mrs. Johnson C. Smith's Benefactions", and "John Ballard Rendall, D.D. of Lincoln University."


This effort is a part of an upcoming presentation, "Way Out of No Way" at #NorthStarChurchoftheArts in #DurhamNC in April 2022.
